UPMin and SPMC sign memorandum for future UPMin med school students

Officials of the University of the Philippines (UP) and the Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) signed a memorandum of understanding on November 13, 2024, for the affiliation of future medical students of the proposed UP Mindanao School of Medicine to SPMC. The memorandum supports the UP proposal presently undergoing application for approval at the Commission on Higher Education.

UP Mindanao Chancellor Lyre Anni Murao and SPMC Medical Director Ricardo Audan signed the memorandum at the SPMC Conference Room in Davao City with UP Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Leo Cubillan and SPMC Chief Training Officer Dr. Maria Elinore Alba-Concha as witnesses.
