The student-led Salom Productions held a premiere screening of “PNB 15-20” for UP Mindanao students at the Administration Building Atrium on January 30, 2025. “PNB 15-20,” a student short film, dramatizes an experience in 2012’s devastating Typhoon Pablo. It was awarded third prize in the Student Short Film category of the 2024 Metro Manila Film Festival on December 27, 2024.
Student film director Ryan Resuena (2BACMA) gave a “Director’s Talkback” to the assembled audience where he shared the experiences and challenges of film production and filmmaking.
