Public Service Report

The Handbook on Public Service Reporting and the Public Service Online Module of the University Information System (UIS) was conceptualized and finalized by the System Committee on Public Service Monitoring and Reporting, in coordination with the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) team of the UP Information Technology Development Center (UP ITDC) and through the consultations with the CUs from 2015-2017 is now ready for use.

For more than two decades now, the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) has been playing a pivotal role in widening access to quality education especially to sectors that are not normally reached by the conventional educational system. The UPOU is the pioneer and leading institution in open and distance learning in the Philippines and the 5th Constituent Unit (CU) of the University of the Philippines (UP) System.
